The Role

As a Project Manager at Antares, you’ll be the face of our projects to our customers. You’ll analyse and understand our customers’ challenges and take ownership of the project delivery lifecycle on projects that range from $20k - $400k in value.

Ideally, you’ll come from a Professional Services background in a Microsoft ecosystem, but you may come from an internal role with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders along with in-depth, practical experience across Project Management methodologies (PMP, SCRUM).

You will be empowered to make decisions and take full ownership of your work. We take an Agile approach to delivery and have a flat management structure. If you enjoy autonomy in an environment that allows you to make decisions and take responsibility for them, we are the place for you!

About you

• 3+ years of experience as a client-facing Project Manager
• Experience managing end-to-end projects across the Microsoft technology stack highly desirable
• Practical experience with multiple Project Management methodologies (PMP, SCRUM)
• Have delivered projects of various sizes, both small and large
• Comfortable managing multiple projects concurrently (10+ mid-market sized) in a similar environment
• Have the gift of imparting knowledge effectively, not only to customers but across our own staff and all aspects of the business. The sort of person who loves getting involved and building strong relationships.
• Excellent time management skills, detailed and process-oriented
• A good problem-solver and creative thinker with a strong sense of ownership
