The Role

As an Technical Consultant in our Modern Work & Apps team, you will use both your design and development skills to implement a range of solutions for our customers.

This role is ideal for someone with specialised experience within the Microsoft Modern Workplace stack and a strong business focus. Ideally, you will bring several years’ experience within the Professional Services Industry, but you could come from an internal role with a demonstrated ability to manage a variety of stakeholders.

You will be completely comfortable talking about the Microsoft Modern Workplace (SharePoint, Teams, O365, Power Platform) at a technical level with a range of different customers and stakeholders, and display a real passion for staying up to date with Microsoft’s goals and vision.

Perhaps the most key element of this role is the ability to lead our customers through the solution process. The ideal candidate will want to truly understand the problem and be an active force in creating an end-to-end solution.

About you

• Deep knowledge of the Microsoft Modern Workplace stack, and a passion for helping customers realise their full potential
• Comprehensive and current experience with Microsoft SharePoint; Designing, developing and implementing SharePoint Solutions, including SharePoint Modern Sites. Please note this role requires a technical/development focused candidate with a strong .NET background
• Experience with a range of different projects; Small, large, simple and complex
• Extremely key to the role is experience with leading the customer through delivery as well as being hands-on!
• Experience working with Microsoft Teams, Power Apps and/or Power Automate
• Exceptional communication skills are essential. You will be a confident speaker, with an engaging personality and the ability to build rapport easily

Highly Desirable Skills

• We would love you to bring experience with custom development using SPFX, if this is not something you’ve had exposure to it would be a great upskilling opportunity in the role
